Privacy Policy

How the Service collects, uses, stores, and protects information while providing Cloverr functionality.

1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy governs how the online service Cloverr (the “Service”) processes and protects information provided by users while using the Service.

By using the Service, the User confirms acceptance of this Policy. If the User does not agree with the Policy, the User must stop using the Service.

2. Information we collect

The Service may collect only the information necessary to operate the product, including:

  • Account identifiers such as login, account ID, username, and related profile information.
  • Technical information such as IP address, browser, device, operating system, request headers, and traffic metadata.
  • History of interactions with the Service, including API checks, configuration changes, support requests, payments, and security events.

3. Use of information

The Service uses collected information exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Providing and maintaining Service functionality, including bot detection, campaign routing, account management, billing, and security controls.
  • Communicating with users, including notifications, support, and service-related messages.
  • Analyzing, auditing, protecting, and improving the Service.

4. Disclosure to third parties

The Service Administration does not sell user data. Information may be disclosed to third parties only in the following cases:

  • When disclosure is required by applicable law or a lawful request from competent authorities.
  • When disclosure is necessary to perform obligations to the User, including payment processing, infrastructure operations, fraud prevention, or support tools.
  • When the User has given consent to such disclosure.

5. Storage and protection of data

Data is stored for as long as reasonably necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security records.

The Service Administration takes reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect data, but no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is absolutely secure.

6. User responsibility and limitation of liability

The User understands that transmitting information over the internet always involves risk.

The Service Administration is not responsible for loss, theft, or disclosure of data if it occurs due to the actions of third parties, the User’s own actions, compromised credentials, or factors outside the Service Administration’s reasonable control.

7. Changes to this Policy

The Service Administration may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is published on the Service website.

Continued use of the Service after changes are published means the User accepts the updated Policy.
